Arniston Bay Shiraz Rosé 2019

The winemaking

The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness
and during the cool morning periods. It was left on
the press only for a few hours to extract the vibrant
and rich colour. Only free run juice were used and
fermented until dry with active cultured yeast.

Winemaker’s comments

Lively strawberry and violet aromas combined with
a fresh fruity taste, to yield a light easy-drinking
wine.

This wine is ready to be enjoyed now.

This wine pairs well with salads and open
sandwiches.
