Grapes sourced from the Stellenbosch and Robertson regions. Premium vineyard blocks were selected prior to the harvest season. The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness, 22 - 24ºB, with a short amount of skin contact and two days of settling before the start of primary fermentation. Fermentation took place, partially in stainless steel tanks on 1 g/ℓ of French oak staves, or unoaked, and 300-litre French oak barrel at temperatures ranging from 14 - 16ºC. No malolactic fermentation was allowed.
Bursting with lively tropical aromas of citrus, lime and orange blossoms, this wine does not disappoint. The palate provides opulent concentration as well as a rich texture that is further complemented by the hardy oaked aroma.
